I can only sing the praises of this company, their product, and their installers. Replacing a black walk in shower with one with a view is truly remarkable. It is beautiful beyond my expectations in addition to being functional. My friends want to have a party in it. 😂🥂

Bath Planet did a partial renovation of our half bath replacing toilet, sink, new flooring, fixing walls, all trim work and a complete renovation of our main bathroom completely gutting it down to the studs and starting from scratch. They also replaced 8 doors from the old 1976 era ugly brown doors to our new 6 raised panel doors. Our installers, Joe & Ryan did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were here on time every morning and worked professionally and diligently every day. It took them 7-1/2 days to complete this project which I was thrilled with. Honestly I was quite stressed at the beginning of the project as I thought there would be a lot of chaos. But after the first day seeing how well they worked together and what a good job they did this actually turned into a very positive experience. I cannot say enough good things about Joe & Ryan and how thrilled I am at the outcome. From the start of this project with our sales rep./consultant, Bryan, sitting down with us to hash out every last detail to the completion of the project, I am thrilled & delighted with every aspect of my experience with this organization. All that is left to do is the painting which will be completed soon.

job well done
I can't say enough about the excellent job that Zack and Brandon did on our new shower. We live in a 40-year-old mobile home, so I expected a long-drawn-out project, but they worked so efficiently that they still got it done in one day. They were very patient with all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. and our new shower looks great.
New shower install
We converted our old bath tub into a walk-in shower. What a difference and all with the help of Bath Planet. So many options to choose from. We were notified and kept updated through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
EXCELLENT work and service!
We're so glad we chose Bath Planet! Joe and Ryan are fantastic humans- extremely nice, very careful with our home and with the work they do. And they always clean up! We felt 100% comfortable having them in our space. They made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. When our extra long tub arrived from the factory with a crack on the top edge, the owner drove right over and apologized (even though it wasn't Bath Planet's fault). We chose to let Ryan and Joe temporarily install the tub and build temporary waterproof tub walls so we could use the tub/shower while a new tub was rush-ordered. We were totally happy with that until the new tub arrived. The guys had it installed in no time and we LOVE it! The whole bathroom looks amazing, from the wainscoting to the beautiful flooring in gray tones to the shower walls with multiple corner shelves. They even gave us a little cutout with a cover behind the tub to access pipes and a little shelf under the window. And we have a tub for tall folks now! Ryan and Joe installed our new, bigger, greatly improved shower, and did a great job. They completed the installation sooner than we expected, and we're very pleased with the way it looks. The job entailed their relocating a couple things, which necessitated closing up existing holes in the floor and ceiling and creating 2 new holes. The way they finished off those areas, you might well not realize they had done those things. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy doing so, even though most of the time they were both crammed into the space that is our very small bathroom. They were friendly and accommodating, while also being business-like. After our initial call to Bath Planet of the Southern Tier, it was also a pleasure to have Doug visit us. He saw possibilities in our bathroom that we would never have thought existed, and came up with a plan to make them a reality. We also feel good about our phone interactions with Jim, which included his calling us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done.
Bathroom Revitalization
My wife and I had both of our bathrooms remodeled by Bath Planet, the professionalism of both Dan and Jordan was quite refreshing and assuring. Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, Dan and Jordan were not only beyond professional, but they were also quite accommodating of their time and service.
