We're so glad we chose Bath Planet! Joe and Ryan are fantastic humans- extremely nice, very careful with our home and with the work they do. And they always clean up! We felt 100% comfortable having them in our space. They made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. When our extra long tub arrived from the factory with a crack on the top edge, the owner drove right over and apologized (even though it wasn't Bath Planet's fault). We chose to let Ryan and Joe temporarily install the tub and build temporary waterproof tub walls so we could use the tub/shower while a new tub was rush-ordered. We were totally happy with that until the new tub arrived. The guys had it installed in no time and we LOVE it! The whole bathroom looks amazing, from the wainscoting to the beautiful flooring in gray tones to the shower walls with multiple corner shelves. They even gave us a little cutout with a cover behind the tub to access pipes and a little shelf under the window. And we have a tub for tall folks now! Ryan and Joe installed our new, bigger, greatly improved shower, and did a great job. They completed the installation sooner than we expected, and we're very pleased with the way it looks. The job entailed their relocating a couple things, which necessitated closing up existing holes in the floor and ceiling and creating 2 new holes. The way they finished off those areas, you might well not realize they had done those things. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy doing so, even though most of the time they were both crammed into the space that is our very small bathroom. They were friendly and accommodating, while also being business-like. After our initial call to Bath Planet of the Southern Tier, it was also a pleasure to have Doug visit us. He saw possibilities in our bathroom that we would never have thought existed, and came up with a plan to make them a reality. We also feel good about our phone interactions with Jim, which included his calling us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done.
Bathroom Revitalization
My wife and I had both of our bathrooms remodeled by Bath Planet, the professionalism of both Dan and Jordan was quite refreshing and assuring. Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, Dan and Jordan were not only beyond professional, but they were also quite accommodating of their time and service. They transformed our bathrooms into beautiful new works. We are extremely happy with the transition and Dan and Jordan's craftmanship.

Full bathroom remodel

From my first call inquiring about a bathroom remodel, every step of the way was completed professionally with friendly assistance: from the initial planning of the project, to picking out materials, to the completion of the project. All of my questions were answered with detailed responses. The entire project was thoroughly explained, including the timeline. The installers were well-trained, friendly, and focused on doing their very best. They described what they were going to do and asked me any questions they had as they worked. My home was left neat and clean when they were done. I love my new bathroom, the quality of the materials used, the experienced planners and installers, and am so very happy I chose Bath Planet of the Southern Tier to complete the remodel.
Bathroom Remodel
Bath Planet of the Southern Tier recently updated our outdated bathroom by converting our 25+ yr. old tub/shower combo to a lovely walk-in shower! We love their stylish products especially our new rain glass privacy shower doors, acrylic shower walls, and our new laminated floors. Also, the quality of the installation (which was completed by Daniel & Brandon) was top notch! They had pride in their work, always showed up on time, left the work area clean, and kept us in the decision making process as the job unfolded. We couldn’t be happier 🤗 with their workmanship!
