Very Satisfied

Ryan and Joe installed our new, bigger, greatly improved shower, and did a great job. They completed the installation sooner than we expected, and we're very pleased with the way it looks. The job entailed their relocating a couple things, which necessitated closing up existing holes in the floor and ceiling and creating 2 new holes. The way they finished off those areas, you might well not realize they had done those things. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy doing so, even though most of the time they were both crammed into the space that is our very small bathroom. They were friendly and accommodating, while also being business-like. After our initial call to Bath Planet of the Southern Tier, it was also a pleasure to have Doug visit us. He saw possibilities in our bathroom that we would never have thought existed, and came up with a plan to make them a reality. We also feel good about our phone interactions with Jim, which included his calling us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done.
